About Stanford

Born on December 9, 2006, to the proud parents of Apollonia and Stanford Dean, I Stanford Dean Jr., am a brother to one. I, started my early childhood education at the tender age of seven at See Saw Christian Academy. I was an honor roll student there  and well respected by my peers.  Teachers saw great potential in me, and this resulted in elevation to another grade level.  After See-Saw Academy, I transferred to Mt. Carmel Preparatory until grade 9 where I passed four BJCs with Bs and Cs. Upon approaching the tenth grade I transitioned to the high school division of the great Temple Christian School, Home of the suns.

Upon entering a new school once again, I repeatedly proved myself by making the honor roll even while adjusting to new teaching methods and a new environment. At Temple Christian School, I was given the opportunity to pursue track and field and it is here that I fell in love with sports, running the 400metres, 800metres, and 1500metres.   Temple Christian  School has  taught me to balance school life as well as extra-curricular activities. Having perfected this, I am now involved in numerous school clubs such as The Bahamas Maritime Cadet Corp, the business club, the culinary club, as well as track club.

In 2023, I was given the privilege of serving as the Head Boy, a duty I perform with honor, sincerity and humility.  I continue to strive to be better today, than I was yesterday and trust that as I pursue my life’s dream of becoming an aircraft mechanic, I would inspire others to reach for their dreams, as my mother always reminds me:  “Reach for the stars, and when you get them, pursue the moon.”
