Temple Christian School is pleased to announce that its high school principal, Rev. Perry R. Cunningham, has been conferred with the Doctor of Education in Christian Leadership from the Liberty University School of Divinity in Lynchberg, Virginia. His dissertation entitled, “Biblical integration in high school academics,” is the first study of its kind to be conducted at Temple Christian School and will inform our teaching practices for years to come. A forty-plus year veteran of school leadership in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, Dr. Cunningham holds a wealth of experience in various aspects of school leadership in both the public and private sectors. As the current head of the B.A.I.S.S., Dr. Cunnigham has served on several advisory boards to the Ministry of Education in addition to being a Justice of the Peace. Temple Christian High School is honored to have such a distinguished Christian leader at its helm, and we congratulate our principal along with his wife, children and entire family on this remarkable and celebrated achievement.
