Update #3 on Hurricane Milton, October 9, 2024
School to reopen on Thursday, October 10, 2024
7:00 p.m.
Temple Christian School wishes to advise its stakeholders of an update to its operational schedule during this time of storm-related closure. Given that schools are now permitted to reopen tomorrow as a result of changing weather conditions, the elementary and high school campuses will reopen with normal operating hours on Thursday, October 10, 2024. This includes cafeteria operations.
In the usual manner, we will continue to monitor both the communications from the relevant government agencies as well as the development, path, and progress of hurricane Milton, and will advise if further changes to school operations become necessary.
As usual, official statements regarding changes to the school’s operating schedule will be posted on the TCS main website (https://www.templechristianbahamas.com) and Facebook page. Please follow the above-mentioned school media platforms for updates.
